Appointment Reservation – Dochi Clinic
This payment is a reservation deposit required to confirm and secure your appointment at Dochi Clinic.
Purpose of the Reservation Deposit
To reserve your appointment time, treatment room, and therapist exclusively for you
To confirm your booking and allocate the necessary resources for your visit
This reservation deposit constitutes a partial payment toward the service you have scheduled
How the Reservation Deposit Works
The reservation deposit of $120 is applied to the total price of your treatment on the day of your appointment
Any remaining balance is payable at the clinic after the service is provided
This payment confirms your appointment and forms part of the service contract
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed, or if the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the reservation deposit:
Is not refundable, as the reserved time and resources could not be reassigned
When the appointment is honoured, the reservation deposit is deducted from the service price
Important Legal Information
The reservation deposit is not a penalty or fine
It represents a partial payment for services reserved and scheduled
